Le réalisateur de Hard Candy le dirige dans 30 days of night. Il interprète ensuite un autiste dans Mozart and the Whale.

À la fin de l'année 2008, il prête son image pour la promotion du parfum Diamonds for Men d'Emporio Armani

Alors on se recroisera, au coin d'une rue, par hasard... Les souvenirs referont surface petit à petit. Et on se rendra compte que, finalement, la seule chose qui ait jamais vraiment compté & qui comptera toujours, c'est nous.
